CHINO, CA – Alvarado, the USA’s leading manufacturer of turnstiles and secured entry solutions, has improved its MST line of full height turnstile products.
All Alvarado full height turnstiles now come standard with HydraLine™ Speed Control, which provides a consistently smooth, controlled, rotation across all types of installations. Alvarado’s technology automatically self-adjusts the rotation speed of the turnstile to the user. If the user pushes easy, the resistance is light. If the user pushes hard, the resistance automatically increases.
“Our turnstile provides a consistently controlled rotation that is safe for the user and substantially reduces turnstile wear and tear in heavy use installations,” said Nick Simon, National Security Products Sales Manager. “HydraLine™ was an option,” said CEO, Bret Armatas, “but the response from customers ordering the option was so overwhelmingly positive that we decided to make it a standard feature.”
All full height turnstiles now include mechanical key overrides in both directions. Key overrides allow for the end user to manually lock or unlock the turnstile in either direction of control. Override controls provide additional flexibility for sites that require the ability to change configurations quickly.
Alvarado has also upgraded the controller in its full height units. Additions include enhanced lightning and electrical interference protection, easy adjustment between fail secure and fail safe configurations and adjustable time delay auto relock as standard features.
Alvarado turnstiles are available in a variety of finishes and configurations and are available through a worldwide network of installing dealers and integrators.
