We will provide the hotel with a rooming list for your rooms. All room and tax charges are being paid on a master bill. Your card will be requested at check-in and used for any additional charges you acquire during your stay.
Travel:
IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO FLY DELTA (per Tasha’s earlier email), PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS UNTIL JULY 1, 2025.
The closest airport is DFW. Please plan to arrive by 5pm on Monday, July 14th and you can depart at any time on Thursday, July 17th.
Attire:
All days are business casual. Please bring a suit or nice dress for Wednesday night’s dinner event (ties not required). Monday and Tuesday dinners are casual.
