Where are your offices?
Our main office is in Southern California. We are located about 40 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. We are about 20 minutes away from the Ontario Airport and about 50 minutes to 1.5 hours (depending on traffic) from LAX.
Alvarado also has satellite sales offices in four locations in USA.

What are your business hours?
Our main office is on Pacific Standard Time (PST) and we start answering the phone at 6:00 am. The technical support and customer service departments are open 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are open on Monday – Friday and are closed on major US holidays.

E-mails are reviewed at least twice daily during business hours. During the week, you should expect to receive a response within 24 hours. We also review and answer e-mails on the weekend, but responses may take longer than 24 hours depending on the timing of the request.

If you didn’t receive a response it may be that your e-mail was flagged as “spam”. Like most businesses, we receive a large number of spam e-mails each day.
