EDC turnstiles are easy to install and integrate with virtually any access/identification system.

The EDC's attractive modern design enhances any facility. Unlike competitor models that may have dozens of fasteners visible on the cabinet and around the turnstile head, the fasteners used in manufacturing and anchoring the EDC are completely hidden. Even the head and arms of our turnstile attach internally. The EDC simply looks better than competitor models.

The EDC provides safe and comfortable patron passage. The turnstile has a rugged, long-lasting, adjustable rotational dampener that slows and cushions the rotation, all while self-centering the arms to the home position.

Internal components of the EDC are built to last for years and years. Electric models come with a rugged industrial grade controller that, unlike competitors, offers functionality such as optical rotation detection (no mechanical microswitches to break or continually adjust), interface relays and time out functionality. These are standard features, not expensive options. Key lock control is also made standard on the EDC.

The EDC is available with manual (EDC) or electric (EDCX) operation. The EDC line includes extended versions, EDC-E or EDCX-E, which have longer arms and an extended cabinet.
