ENTRY / COUNTING TURNSTILES & GATES

EDC

EDC turnstiles interface seamlessly with TAS & TAS II and are designed for high volume entry control and patron counting applications.  These turnstiles have a smooth, controlled rotation appropriate for family venues. The electrically
controlled version of the EDC uses state-of-the-art technology. A rugged muti-function controller, electric rotation detection, bi-directional interface and time-out functionality are all standard on electrically controlled EDC's.

SU500 OPTICAL COUNTING TURNSTILES

SU500 optical turnstiles provide accurate bi-directional patron entry/exit counting. These turnstiles recognize tailgating and can differentiate between objects and people.  SU500 are often used to count exiting patrons, which is necessary to obtain in-facility patron totals.

The SU500 can send counts to a local counter installed in a turnstile cabinet and/or to Alvarado's GateWatch facility counting software.

The SU500 is available as a portable model with power and communication
ports included on both sides of the turnstiles to make it easy to daisy chain
multiple units.

For fixed installations, the center-lane version of the SU500 is avialable.

VSG GATES

VSG series gates are a rugged and sturdy solution for stroller, wheelchair and large group access.  Electric locking and manual versions are available.

VSG gates are generally installed adjacent to turnstiles and integrate with Alvarado's pre-fabricated stainless steel railing and turnstiles to provide a complete entry solution.

Gates come fabricated either with a clear acrylic panel and wheelchair logo sticker or with steel infill bars.

For ticket validation applications, both the TAS and TAS II have the ability to unlock VSG gates. PocketGgate handheld scaners can validate tickets, but do not have the ability to unock gates.
