The average tenure for our employees company-wide is 12 years; in sales and customer support it is 13 years and in technical support it is 20 years. PRODUCT FOCUS – All our products are designed to protect assets and/or control the flow of people and we stick to what we do well. Alvarado engineers and manufactures at our modern development and manufacturing facility in southern California, about 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. Alvarado prides itself in using the most modern design and manufacturing methods and our well-tuned internal processes. This combination of product focus and modern processes allows us to produce high quality products at a very attractive price. |

CUSTOMER & TECHNICAL SUPPORT – As a company, we constantly emphasize the importance of excellence in customer and technical support with all that we do. Our technical support staff personnel have an average of over 10 years of experience. The majority of technical inquires are handled immediately and the vast majority within one day. Our technical staff is empowered (and encouraged) to implement product and process changes that speed installation and improve overall product quality and serviceability. |
